Prior to diving into sc data, it's best to set up your computing environment locally or on the cluster. After doing so, we recommend looking at the tutorials as well as code we use for basic single cell data processing/analyses.

It would be silly to not mention that the Fred Hutch offers tons of support via SciComp and Data Science Lab. We recommend joining their slack channel, as it's their job to support bioinformatics at the Hutch.

Our intention is to provide resources for the next wave of bioinformaticians :) If you have any questions or feedback feel free to write an issue.
