The sidecar predated this session's DESIGN.md edits (the attention-pill and session-row dot revisions from the main-shell bolder pass). Realigns the narrative + component metadata with DESIGN.md as the source of truth; DESIGN.md itself is unchanged. Token layer (colorMeta, typographyMeta, shadows, motion), rules, and dos/donts already matched. - narrative.overview: add the 'oversight is secondary — the frame recedes' clause - Attention Pill: now described and rendered as an accelerator (click/Enter jumps to the next session needing you), not a passive summary — cursor, hover, and focus-visible added - Session Row: dot now documents the non-color state cues (running pulses, waiting/hibernated glyph, idle hollow ring) and the snippet pulses - bump generatedAt Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
