Rename SaltStack language to Salt and update color according to Salt’s official branding guidelines.

Description

SaltStack was the name of the company behind the language (now Salt Project). The software/language itself is called Salt, although the two are often confused.

Checklist:

(Not sure if I should check anything else regarding the name change.)

Whoops I missed this before. You need to rename the directory containing the samples, and update the vendor/README.md file too.

@lildude Should be good now. I updated the Salt grammar repository too (this is the same repository, but it moved to a new "salt-contrib" organization).
