Fixes three small typos/grammar errors in README.md:

  1. Line 94: systemd-homesystemd-homed (the project is consistently called systemd-homed elsewhere in the document)
  2. Line 561: "An easy way to get the working" → "to get this working" (missing word)
  3. Line 1067: "retain access their login-passphrase protected directories" → "retain access to their"

All changes are documentation-only, no code is touched.
