Update docs/ (Astro site) npm dependencies. astro and @astrojs/mdx majors (v5->v7, v4->v7) are held back at the latest v5.x/v4.x releases: migrating to Astro's Content Layer API breaks slug-based routing and entry.render() across 5 pages and needs a larger refactor than fits here.
