pyFLFM

Adapation of an adaptation of oLaF (A 3D reconstruction framework for light-field microscopy). Most tensor operations are done with pyTorch, so feel free to use GPU/CUDA/MPS acceleration.

A C++/CUDA-based version is being developed! Current files can be found in the 'CPP_RL' folder.
