Hanting Suo · 索翰霆

Undergraduate researcher at Southeast University working on reliable autonomous systems, quadruped robotics, and rigorous evaluation for EEG machine learning.

Research interests

  • Mapping-free quadruped navigation and inspection
  • Failure-aware autonomy and physical-robot evaluation
  • EEG affective computing, generalization, and protocol integrity

Stop to Decide: Quadruped Inspection

Team lead; responsible for system integration, mission-state-machine development, onboard deployment, stair and corridor experiments, and failure analysis.

Cross-Subject EEG Emotion Recognition

Sole student participant and project lead. National Second Prize in the 11th National College Student Biomedical Engineering Innovation Design Competition (2026). Developed the preprocessing, feature-engineering, subject-independent evaluation, fusion, and inference pipeline; official private-test accuracy: 80%.

Protocol-Aware EEG Generalization Research

Project lead for an ongoing study of protocol-sensitive EEG evaluation. The manuscript is in preparation; no author order or state-of-the-art claim is made at this stage.
