Modernize dependencies and package compatibility

What changed

• replace the legacy Yarn lockfile with npm and update Jasmine, TypeScript, and Node typings
• fix CommonJS/default-import compatibility and partial option defaults
• add Unicode-safe character handling and threshold validation
• add regression tests, package verification, CI across Node 20/22/24, and weekly Dependabot updates
• document algorithm semantics relevant to Result not optimized #8, limit options.minOccurrence to array.length #10, and How to prevent cutting words? #11

Why

The published project had an outdated toolchain, a vulnerable transitive dependency on the default branch, no CI, and module/type behavior reported in #6.

Validation

• npm test (6 specs)
• npm audit (0 vulnerabilities)
• npm pack --dry-run
• CommonJS and ESM callable-export smoke tests
