Add Bluefin benchmarks for simple cases where it's clear we're doing an apples-to-apples comparison. Bluefin does not have a "shared state handler" equivalent to
effectful's, nor does it have "labelled". It's possible we could do "send" based on https://hackage-content.haskell.org/package/bluefin-0.9.0.0/docs/Bluefin-GadtEffect.html#v:send but I'm not certain that's the right thing.
