haskell-ci made a long workflow that ran each job in a container. The new workflow comes from haskell-gha. It is shorter and runs on the runner image. The tested-with field now lists each GHC series instead of exact versions, so each job uses the newest release of its series. The workflow also checks the formatting with fourmolu, and the sources now follow the shared fourmolu configuration. The package description also no longer gives warnings in cabal check, apart from the missing upper bounds.
