This PR fixes the GitHub Actions workflow used to notify Packagist on GitHub release publication by correcting the curl command syntax so the POST request is formed correctly.
Changes:
- Consolidates the Packagist update request into a single
curl -X POST ... -H ... -d ...invocation. - Fixes header quoting/placement so the JSON
Content-Typeheader is applied to the request.
