SPA navigation after login reused a stale { user: null } query cache from the marketing homepage, so signed-in users still saw the landing page.
Guide new users through team setup, keep teams cache in sync after creation, and show a project-creation hint on the team projects page. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
