Summary
Integrates the already reviewed forecast display PR #13 and UI feedback PR #14 on their shared
mainbase. Both source PRs passed exact-head CI. This PR provides a full CI gate on the combined tree before updatingmain.Verification
scripts/verify-fast: 376 backend and 132 frontend tests passed on the combined commit.git diff --check origin/main...HEADpassed.scripts/verifyis running locally; its Playwright startup may be blocked by the existing development server on port 8000. This PR's CI will run on isolated ports.Pad: WORK-87 and WORK-88 are done.
