Source code for live telemetry dashboard

Code Description

Created a new directory, "dashboard" in Telemetry for the live telemetry dashboard source code. Also added a Github Action to build executables for MacOS, Windows, and Ubuntu. To directly download the executables, check the releases page of code-2024.

Testing Description

The dashboard was tested on a Windows laptop, Intel Macbook, and Apple Silicon Macbook. It was also verified that data is able to be received over AWS.
