lib: add triage tags for CRASHLOG_AGENT records - #95

The CRASHLOG_AGENT record is generated when a fatal error happens during
the collection of the regular Crash Log records.
$ iclg triage crashlog_agent.crashlog
CRASHLOG_AGENT_ERROR.INVALID_OPCODE.IP_1H
