Clarification on licenses

Hi maintainers, the README says: “All code in the repo is dual licensed under GPLv2 and 3-Clause BSD licenses.” Could you please clarify whether the intended meaning is that users may choose either license, i.e. GPL-2.0-only OR BSD-3-Clause?

Or does the wording mean that both GPLv2 and BSD-3-Clause apply simultaneously? If the intended meaning is “or”, would you consider updating the wording to make this explicit?

@Arrivederci thanks for raising this. You're correct the intended meaning is that users may choose either license: GPL-2.0-only OR BSD-3-Clause. I will update the README to make this explicit.
