Fixes the verified GitHub Release fallback used by standalone Interly installations. The updater now accepts GitHub's canonical lowercase repository URL, keeps SHA-256 verification intact, and raises the bounded installer size limit so the current ~328 MB Windows installer can be downloaded and verified. Adds regression coverage for the real 0.6.0 asset URL and bundle size.
