Horizontal or Diagonal Scroll active the Ion-Refresh at top of page

Current behavior:

If i use horizontal scroll with ion-refresh.. if i try to scroll the horizontal scroll and pull down (inside de horizontal scroll), or pull at diagonal, the ion scroll will active..

Expected behavior:

Pull to refresh shouldn't activate while I'm pulling the scroll horizontally or diagonally

Steps to reproduce:

1 - create a horizontal scroll (can be with ion scroll or simple div/css) at top of page
2 - add ion-refresh to the page
3 - try to pulling the scroll horizontally or diagonally.. the ion refresh will active

Ionic info: (run ionic info from a terminal/cmd prompt and paste output below):

Ionic:
