Não funcionou. Ao rodar, perguntou se deveria considerar o horário comercial a disponibilidade cadastrada. Respondi que sim. O sistema não permite cadastrar fora da disponibilidade, portanto fora do horário comercial. Ele está exibindo o alerta pra agendamentos entre 9 e 12.
Que suposições o agente fez?
Supôs que a alteração serviria somente para reagendamentos, mas não é possível cadastrar fora da disponibilidade mesmo reagendamentos. Não considerou que o fuso do agendamento deve ser o mesmo do horário de disponibilidade, e por isso exibe o alerta entre 9 e 12hs que seria 3 horas a menos do UTC.
O que você faria diferente?
Eu testaria o cadastro antes de implementar. Faria um ajuste para permitir cadastrar eventos fora do horário comercial. De resto acho que seria semelhante, mas corrigindo a questão do fuso.
