Reconsider whether issue classification should belong to this application.
At least one dependent, Kilotest, makes Testilo a dependency only for access to procs/score/tic.js.
Moving tic.js to Testaro would imply that Testaro should include issue assignments in its reports. That would also increase the subjectivity of the decisions made by Testaro.
Making tic.js its own package would free Testaro from mission creep and from a new issue-assignment obligation. Then tic.js could be imported by Testilo and also by Kilotest.
