Summary

Add schema-mock-gen to the tooling list (data/tooling-data.yaml).

A local, offline JSON Schema to mock data generator — single-file HTML, zero dependency, data never leaves your machine. Chinese-friendly UI. Outputs JSON / CSV / SQL.
