test(pie-monorepo): DSW-123 fix percy diff cache & update screenshot name

• Updates PIE Switch visual test to use the correct name
• Adds PERCY_VISUAL_CONFIG='{"diffSensitivity": 1}' to CI to ensure stricter diff sensitivity.
