Resolve conflict in .github/workflows/ci.yml: master replaced the liche link checker with lychee, while this branch broadened the exclusion from kind.sigs.k8s.io to all *.sigs.k8s.io hosts. Keep master's lychee invocation with the broader exclusion. Also align the Snapshot status example in the new EKS IRSA credential-less guide with the current CRD schema, which nests resticStats entries under summary (master commit e248952).
