This PR keeps failures typed across the target-built Lake helper boundary and preserves typed MCP request identity through delayed status reporting.
The private Lake helper codec now maps its existing JSON layout directly to Except BrokerFailure results, rejecting mixed envelopes, unknown top-level fields, and unknown failure codes before broker control flow. This removes the failure-code lookup round trip and avoids a redundant response datatype.
