docs: refresh active replay drain status

Summary

• bind current submissions protected main and the bounded private poll-response controller
• record the last all-terminal queue checkpoint and the active one-run-per-lane posture
• mark retained private migration and required image/profile work complete in the compact status

This updates current state in place and leaves all cutoff, final-delta, retirement, and release-canary gates unchanged.
