append Trellis Session 22 for the Go 1.26.6 and nanoid 3.3.18 security baseline work
update the Leon workspace index session count, active journal size, and history
reference merged work commit 97ad0f4 and its completed local/CI validation

Validation

git diff --check origin/main...HEAD
confirmed the PR contains only the two Leon workspace journal files
