zh-CN: add 59 missing Chinese (Simplified) translations across 6 files

Summary

Added 59 missing zh-CN translations that were only available in English, covering all 10 JSON files in the zh-CN/ directory.

Files changed (6):

• config.json — 19 keys: AutoFit based on hardware, context checkpoints, physical batch size, reasoning budget, MoE expert layers, concurrent predictions, chat template, unified KV cache
• developer.json — 17 keys: API endpoint labels (Anthropic-compatible, OpenAI-like, LM Studio), MCP server allow/deny modes, server start/stop errors
• models.json — 11 keys: model indexing text, guardrail warnings about memory, GPU/Total labels, "always load anyway" option
• settings.json — 9 keys: navigation bar position (left/top), auto-fit min context length, default context length (object with all sub-keys), JIT TTL, model defaults label
• chat.json — 2 keys: "Clear last used model" action and error message
• shared.json — 1 key: "Beta" label

Verification

EN keys: 859 total
zh-CN keys: 859 total (100% coverage)
Missing: 0
Untranslated (same as EN): only intentional cases (brand names, template vars, bracket chars)

All JSON files validated with json.load() — no syntax errors.
