Large Russian localization update: corrected typos/orthography and normalized phrasing; added many new UI keys and messages across chat, config, developer, discover, download, models, onboarding, settings, shared and sidebar. Notable additions: GPU/load options and split strategy, presets/Hub push/pull/download flows, downloads panel actions, virtual model UI, loader guardrails, tool/plugin error messages, common action verbs (save/load/delete/etc.), tool confirmation and default context settings. Improves tooltips, errors and UX copy across the app.
