Solution: LP-0002: Private M-of-N Multisig: LEZ-Quorum

This follows up on PR #123 with updated documentation and demonstration evidence for LEZ-Quorum, the private M-of-N treasury on LEZ. It adds only solutions/LP-0002.md from the current master base.

Review feedback

The technical write-up covers the threshold proof, nullifiers and replay prevention, trusted setup, LEZ nonce and program_owner compatibility, security assumptions, limitations, and integration. The evidence matrix links each document and supporting artifact. Installation instructions and submission references are updated, and benchmarks explain measured guest cycles and why the pinned LEZ implementation exposes no verifier gas/fee result.

Both final narrated videos have been reviewed for clear audio:

• Basecamp walkthrough: setup, treasury transactions, and the start of real approval proving.
• CLI verification: confirmed transactions and final state for that completed session.

The CLI recording uses status; approval confirmations and execution are documented in the verified testnet evidence. All ten transactions match the recorded session. Execution confirmed in block 9544, with 2/2 approvals, vault 500, recipient 250, and proposal Executed. Both final privacy receipts were verified.

Validation

• The published checkout passed repository-link, shell-example, and transaction-reference checks.
• Downloaded release checksums and CLI version matched; both downloaded LGX variants loaded in the pinned standalone Basecamp host with fresh configuration directories. Scope and results.
• CI for the submitted revision tracks formatting, Clippy, workspace tests, the standalone sequencer lifecycle, and real threshold proving. Formatting, Clippy, and workspace tests passed at submission; the remaining jobs are tracked in that run. The preceding completed run passed all three jobs.
• Submission validation passed for this PR.

LP-0002 is now closed to new submissions. This PR references the earlier submission #123 for maintainer assessment of follow-up eligibility.
