I'm Jaden, a PhD Candidate in Computational Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC).
I build production-grade AI infrastructure to turn messy, unstructured clinical text into queryable, real-world knowledge.
- I’m currently leading Curate Everything — a data-dictionary-free curation system to structure free-text EHR notes into clinical knowledge graphs for every research question. (Note: Source code is hosted on MSK's institutional GitHub due to PHI/IP constraints).
- My technical focus is on clinical data extraction and LLM Orchestration.
- Before my PhD, I studied Math/CS and worked in structural bioinformatics (protein binding affinity prediction).
"Rather than projecting data onto a pre-defined schema, we should organize all information from clinical notes into a knowledge graph."
