- Re-enable the hardware HSM (--prod) PA load test, TLS test, and ATE FPGA integration tests in .github/workflows/main.yml now that the CI Thales Luna HSM is online and upgraded to firmware 7.9.3. - Point SPM_HSM_TOKEN_OFFLINE and OTPROV_GEM_SLOT_OFFLINE in config/env/prod/spm.env to the activated 'spm' partition (Slot 0), and explicitly set OTPROV_GEM_SLOT_CERT_OPS per action in config/token_init.sh and close any stale sautil Application ID 10:11 session in rules/scripts/hsm_ca_sign.sh before opening a new one. - Build //src/spm:spm_server synchronously before backgrounding it in util/integration_test_setup.sh, bind the TCP listener only after startSPMServer() completes in src/spm/spm_server.go, and wait for the SPM port to be reachable before starting client test programs to avoid Bazel client lock and server startup races. - Include EXIT traps to clean up each step's temporary .otvar-prod* directory upon completion. - Add a final 'Clean up Bazel cache' step (if: always()) using 'bazelisk clean' and 'bazelisk --output_base=... clean --expunge' to safely clean build artifacts and expunge orphaned output bases without using raw 'rm -rf'.
