What changed

• Replaces the product-led homepage with a comparison gallery for three complete portfolio MVPs.
• Reframes the site around Lu, current work at Orchid.ai, and six selected public repositories.
• Adds a shared typed content source so every direction makes the same factual claims.
• Keeps the existing case-study routes available behind the experimental portfolio shell.
• Adds responsive browser coverage, sitemap entries, per-concept metadata, and committed review captures.

Review the concepts

1. Signal Desk at /concepts/signal-desk
   Warm, tactile studio hardware. Repositories behave like patchbay channels with animated cables and a live readout.
2. TRACE at /concepts/trace
   Bold editorial identity. A native range input and repository index form an interactive trace scrubber.
3. Signal Field at /concepts/signal-field
   Spatial topographic map. Visitors plot routes between Lu and public work, with pointer parallax, keyboard navigation, and a list-view fallback.

Verification

• npm run lint: 0 errors; 2 pre-existing unused-import warnings in the archived homepage component.
• npm run build: 16 static pages generated, including all three concepts.
• Full Python Playwright suite: 15 tests passed, with 5 obsolete product-homepage assertions explicitly skipped.
• Fresh desktop at 1440 by 900 and mobile at 390 by 844 renders inspected for all three concepts: PASS.
• No horizontal overflow in any target viewport.
• Reduced-motion behavior, keyboard controls, visible focus, and mobile touch targets are implemented in each concept.

Decision requested

Pick the direction that should become the permanent homepage and site-wide visual system. Elements from the other two can be carried into the winner after that choice.
