Implementing collection view with springy effect using UIKit Dynamics in iOS / Swift

This is a demo iOS app that shows how to do the bouncy scroll effect with a collection view. This is a implementation of the demo that was shown in the WWDC 2013 video "Exploring Scroll Views on iOS 7".
