Description
This PR adds a Matrix chat client called Lightning to the list of clients, a native Qt 6/QML and Rust SDK desktop client for Windows and Linux. It is being added as an Alpha client under GPL-3.0-or-later. The projects source is reachable at https://gitlab.smetonis.net/Mizerd/lightning where the latest version is 0.6.4 and a federated support room is available at #lightning:matrix.smetonis.net I tested from my matrix.org account. The provided screenshots use fictional demo data, and the site builds successfully with Zola. I am submitting this as the projects owner and sole maintainer. The SVG logo was created with AI assistance, then reviewed by me.
