I build data systems that turn messy real-world information into decisions: quantitative market research, deal sourcing, geospatial analysis, and operational tools.
- thesis_to_target: investment thesis → private-company universe → entity resolution → log-normal EBITDA probability → evidence-backed, non-obvious acquisition targets. Synthetic data.
- storm_lead_engine: NOAA hail-radar data → hail-swath footprints → per-property hail history → ranked outreach, with Bayesian-shrinkage provider scoring. Synthetic properties.
- lidar_terrain_lab: USGS LiDAR point clouds → bare-earth terrain, canopy height, drainage, and vegetation acreage by zone, exported to maps and Google Earth.
- camera_trap_pipeline: resumable pipeline that turns thousands of trail-camera photos into a queryable dataset with open detection and species models.
- options_density_lab: market-implied probability distributions from option prices via Breeden–Litzenberger, with no-arbitrage checks. Synthetic option chains.
- openk_research_site: the Next.js source for openkresearch.com.
