My name is Michel Gokan Khan & I’m a Stockholm-based technologist and entrepreneur, passionate about developing real, groundbreaking technology. As CEO and CTPO at Softwarify AB, currently in stealth mode, I’m leading the creation of a bleeding-edge AI-powered software development co-pilot. I’m also the CTO at Co-Cart AB, where I’m leading the tech behind Condé Nast’s VETTE. Previously, I served as CTO at Spotin AB, where I led the technology behind the product that was ultimately acquired by Condé Nast. I hold a PhD in Machine Learning from Karlstad University and conducted my PostDoc research at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in collaboration with AstraZeneca. My research includes developing and open-sourcing tools like PerfSim, PerfCam, NFV-Inspector, and sfc-stress, which are somewhat used in the industry. I’ve published more than a couple of dozen peer-reviewed scientific articles in top journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions, with over 260 citations and several awards for my work. I’ve also spent time researching at Ericsson, focusing on microservice performance and optimization for 5G Core systems, and led teams in roles like Tech Lead and Solution Architect at RM Innovation, where I guided agile transformations and designed cutting-edge B2B2C solutions. I was also the founder of Olam Tech, where we served multiple customers worldwide, building innovative solutions like home automation systems, SaaS/PaaS solutions for online project assessments, and a complete online shopping solution, among many others. Throughout my career, I’ve built, optimized, and led teams through projects that blend research with real-world impact.
