Can't start in -d mode

I am not sure if I am using this for the right purpose, but when I try to start this container in -d mode, it immediately quits with following log..

$ docker run -d -p 4001:4001 -p 7001:7001 --name etcd1 -v `pwd`/data/:/data microbox/etcd
$ docker logs -f etcd1
[etcd] May 15 19:33:22.317 CRITICAL  | raft.Server: Name cannot be blank

Am I missing something?

Running
docker run --rm -p 4001:4001 -p 7001:7001 microbox/etcd:latest --help
you can see

Usage:
  etcd -name <name>
  etcd -name <name> [-data-dir=<path>]
  etcd -h | -help
  etcd -version

So name is a required attribute to etcd.

Reading https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/run/ we add a additonal Argument [ARG...] to docker run command:

e.g.

 docker run --rm -p 4001:4001 -p 7001:7001 microbox/etcd:latest -name mytestmachine```
