…UNA_* secrets Owner ruling 2026-09-07: the luna provider instance is the OpenAI-compatible module pointed at a different base URL, so it is configured with the same two secrets dot-runner (#81) uses -- OPENAI_API_KEY + OPENAI_BASE_URL -- not a parallel LUNA_* pair. Pure rename of the env-var names in the workflows and install_provider_instances.sh; instance id, model and preflight unchanged. Owner ruling 2026-09-07: the
lunainstance is configured with the same two secrets dot-runner uses (#81) —OPENAI_API_KEY+OPENAI_BASE_URL— not a parallelLUNA_*pair. Pure env-var rename across the three workflows andinstall_provider_instances.sh; instance id, model, and the #155/§36 preflight are unchanged. Both secrets are already set on this repo. NoLUNA_reference remains outside upstream-verbatim specs.
