docs: add Greek (el) translations for all 8 lesson READMEs

[Konstantinos Passadis | Azure MVP | MCT (passadis)]

Adds Greek (el) translations for all 8 lessons, following the repo's translation contract (README.<lang>.md in each lesson's translations/ directory). This PR also includes minor formatting corrections in the English Lesson 4 README, discovered while reviewing the translated content.

• Natural modern Greek (δημοτική), second-person register

Additional fixes

• Corrected formatting artifacts and an unmatched Markdown code fence in the English Lesson 4 README.
• Applied the corresponding corrections to the Greek translation.
