Fog, and all the bindings code that lived along side it, has now been merged into the MobileCoin repo, and there will be no further development in this repo.
The README for Fog can be found in that repo now as well.
We will archive this repo after some time has passed, and we are sure that we will not have to make any hotfix releases from release branches in this repo.
