There are still way too many queries being made for measurements, and it's hard to understand why.
Wasn't working after one deploy and I didn't know. Hard to test manually, too.

No need to directly depend on `current_app`, or to hardcode the template paths.

For now, a minor addition, rendering whether a particular bioreplicate is the "average" one. I may update this branch with more extras as I experiment with the data loader at https://gitlab.com/ComputationalScience/mugrowthctrl
