What changed

Updates rpc-toolkit-js-client to ^1.1.3.
Refreshes the lockfile to the published 1.1.3 artifact.
Bumps rpc-node-toolkit to 0.1.5.

Why

The shared client now provides corrected CommonJS/ESM declaration routing for the root and all public subpaths.

Impact

Fresh and locked installs use the corrected client without changing the toolkit runtime API.

Checks

Unit tests — 8/8 passed
Packaged ESM/CommonJS runtime and TypeScript consumers — passed
publint and Are The Types Wrong — passed
Cross-toolkit interoperability matrix — 36 pass, 0 fail, 0 gap
Clean install of the published package — passed
