Updates the Nanvix SDK pin used by the CPython Nanvix integration to the newly verified v0.21.51-sdk.1, keeping the manifest and generated lockfile in sync.
Changes:
- Bump
.nanvix/nanvix.tomltonanvix-version = 0.21.51andsdk-version = v0.21.51-sdk.1with the new image digest. - Regenerate
.nanvix/nanvix.lockmetadata and resolved artifact references for the updated SDK/sysroot and dependencies.

Automated coherent update to verified Nanvix SDK
v0.21.51-sdk.1. The manifest and lockfile were generated atomically by the target zutils implementation.
