Set page-tabs to reference and page-tabs-index to 20 so this docset is placed in the reference tab of the aggregated tabbed navigation. Set page-tabs-group to dbms so that every published version of this docset is emitted in the tab navigation and the UI can match it by version, rather than only the latest version being included. page-tabs is soft-set with a trailing @ so it can be overridden in antora.yml or on an individual page.
