Update the way version tags are added during build. Now we can tag a commit in github, and the correct version string will be used for the builds. No need to edit configure.ac anymore. Nothing in the automation folder is used anymore. Build happens via GitHub workflows, that don't reference the automation files anymore. Signed-off-by: Jean-Louis Dupond <jean-louis@dupond.be>
