advance_block_time / advance_with_auctions take a core::time::Duration, auction_delay / unbonding_delay return one. Backends keep milliseconds. Prints on OdraVM and livenet getters unconditionally; inside wasm it compiles to casper_print only with odra's test-support feature and to nothing otherwise. HasIdent::contract_name() returns the name from #[odra::module(name = ..)] (the ident otherwise); InstallConfig and UpgradeConfig use it for the <name>_package_hash named key.
