doc: Add BIDS support for OME-Zarr

Its looking like BIDS will support OME-Zarr in the near future, so I am drafting this pull request in anticipation of this support.

Hi, @kabilar, we are doing a re-do of the tools/data resources documentation at #529

I am thinking of ways to showcasing BIDS there, probably in the same category as Spatial Data (https://github.com/scverse/spatialdata)

Would you have thoughts there? Maybe we can start a new documentation for OME-Zarr extensions/integrations to include frameworks that use OME-Zarr and domain-specific metadata and/or other sidecar files.

And we can add the BIDS acronym to the glossary too

meanwhile, many things have changed in the NGFF documentation. would you mind updating your PR? BIDS is currently mentioned at https://ngff.openmicroscopy.org/resources/ecosystem/index.html too

All though the BIDS pull request is merged, should we hold off on merging this pull request until a new release of the BIDS specification is made? Thanks.
