Fix mobile session creation and transcript behavior

Summary

• keep transcript live-follow stable after user scrolling and align the Android composer with native keyboard resize
• create sessions through a followed-first project and location picker, with search, worktree support, and automatic following for newly selected projects
• honor project-resolved default agents and models, and keep searchable agent/model results visible above the keyboard
• refresh and order newly created sessions immediately while simplifying transcript management UI
• bump the app to 0.1.3, iOS build 7, and Android version code 5

Verification

• pnpm check
• 256 mobile tests
• iOS and Android Hermes exports
• pnpm native:doctor (18/18)
• physical Android verification of keyboard resize and new-session flow
