Modernize the ORD reference application

Summary

• move the application and CI runtime to Node.js 26 and TypeScript 7
• replace Jest with the built-in Node.js test runner
• replace ESLint and Prettier with Biome
• use Node.js native TypeScript execution for development and tests
• replace Lodash, UUID, rimraf, and tsx with Node.js and language features
• update runtime and development dependencies to compatible current versions
• update checkout and setup-node to v7 and restrict CI permissions
• align the example ORD, OpenAPI, and AsyncAPI metadata with sap:core:v1
• make PUBLIC_URL configurable so local crawls use local resource definitions
• bump the application patch version to 1.1.1 and update the changelog
