This PR removes the auto-generated
sysconfig-crlf.txtfile fromtestsuite/Makefile.amto preventmake packagefrom depending onmake check.The
sysconfig-crlf.txtis auto-generated bytestsuite/sysconfig-crlf.cc, so I assume it does not need to be included in the Makefile.
